People attends the mass meeting in Kathmandu, on Feb. 13, 2008. The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) (CPN-M) organized the mass meeting to mark it's 13th anniversary of "the People's War" which broke out on Feb. 13, 1996, and is also to address the party 's appeals in the upcoming Constituent Assembly (CA) elections. CPN-M has decided to promote its chairman Prachanda as the first president of a republic Nepal.
