NEPALI GOVERNMENT CALLS ARMED GROUPS FOR TALKS


Leader of the government talk committee , Minister for peace and Reconstruction Minister, Janardan Pravakar speaks in a news conference in his ministry in Kathmandu. He invites formally for peacefull negotation to the armed groups of southern plains.



Minister Janardan Sharma himself becomes a ministers from armed insurgency as names people's war.



Nepal’s Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist-led coalition government invited armed rebel groups in the country's southern plains for talks and named three government negotiations committee headed headed by Minister for Peace and Reconstruction Janardan Sharma.




The team has Minister for Local Development Ram Chandra Jha and Minister for Education Renu Yadav as members.






More than a dozen armed groups are fighting a low-intensity insurgency in the country's southern plains bordering India called Madhesh, demanding greater regional autonomy.Dozens of people have died in violence in the south since Nepal's Maoist former rebels ended their civil war and joined a peace process in 2006.
