Nepal's Finance Minister Baburam Bhattarai presents the budget for fiscal year 2008/2009 at the Constituent Assembly in Kathmandu. Minister Bhattarai unveiled a whopping Rs. 236.15 budget (2.22 billion euros) for the fiscal year 2008-09, Friday, at the Constituent Assembly that aims to funnel cash to Nepal's impoverished rural villages and jump start the agricultural sector.
