KATHMANDU (Nepal), September 01, 2007 Nepali Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala (C) Chief justice Dilip Kumar Paudel(L) and Speaker of house of representative Subash Nemwang(R) honor the national anthem during the tea reception hosted by the speaker Subash Nemwang at the end of the Nepali budget session of the legislature parliament in Singa Durbar£¬a government seat of Nepal in Kathmandu£¬Capital city of Nepal on September 01, 2007. This is the second session of the Parliament. There is two session in parliament in a year.
