KATHMANDU (Nepal), September 01, 2007 - Nepali Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala (c) arriving to participate in the tea reception hosted by speaker of house of representative of Nepal, Subash Nemwang at the end of the Nepali budget session of the interm legislature parliament in Singa Durbar, a government seat of Nepal, in Kathmandu£¬Capital city of Nepal on September 01, 2007. This is the second session of the Parliament. There is two session in parliament in a year.
